  • Delivery to countries outside the EU costs from 40.00 Euro.
  • Delivery within Denmark without home delivery option - choosing GLS costs from 5,5 Euro. (You choose your pick-up location from options listed by GLS)
  • Delivery within Denmark with home delivery choosing GLS costs from 8,00 Euro.

Delivery time within the EU normally takes 3-5 weekdays.
Delivery time outside the EU normally takes 5-6 weekdays.

Cancellations & Returns: 

When you shop at, you may return any item purchased within 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. As long as there is no damage what so ever to any of the returned items. If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, please report the defect to the carrier and notify us without delay. We do not pay the return shipment, this is your responsibility. However, we will gladly exchange your purchase if our return conditions are meet. We therefore recommend that you return ship, as an insured package with track and trace. It is also important that you pack the item securely before sending it – we recommend that you use the envelope or cardboard you received your items in, if they are not damaged. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, please report the defect to the carrier and notify us without delay. Mette Handberg does not receive packages not sent as a parcel and directly to our address.


In accordance with the Code of Conduct, you will receive a 24 months warranty on all goods as a consumer. If your item purchased is defect, please contact directly and we will aim to handle your complaint within 72 hours.
